NEW MODULAR DEVELOPMENT STARTS IN DENBIGHSHIRE
We’re delighted to start work on our NEW modular build development with Denbighshire Housing, Denbighshire County Borough Council and Brenig Construction.
We’re building 22 Passivhaus standard homes which will be certified by Beattie Passive.
These innovative homes offer significant environmental benefits and health advantages for the occupant, including a reduction in heating bills of up to 80%.
Our Modular Solutions team are busy onsite building the timber frames for the first 4 homes. The ground floor structure can be erected in just 3 days!
