As a social ENTERPRISE, we proudly reinvest our profits into employment initiatives by demonstrating our commitment to strong social values and community impact. Our factory in Rhyl builds Timber Frame Passive House Units, Timber Sheds, and Fence Panelling.
As a subsidiary of Cartrefi Conwy, we deliver essential property services to 3800 tenants across Conwy. These include property maintenance, gas servicing, clearances of empty homes, sparkle cleans, and environmental improvements.

Creating Futures supports local people into paid employment opportunities as well as offering meaningful work experience and a chance to gain qualifications, boost confidence, enhance skills and widen social circles to reduce isolation.
