Hi, I’m Jacqui. My role is all about helping Cartrefi Conwy tenants connect with services, activities, and opportunities that support wellbeing and personal growth.
I listen to what matters to our tenants and signpost them to a wide range of internal and external support, including:
- Volunteering opportunities
- Job-seeking support
- Second Chance
- Community activities and projects
- Money support
