As the Community Facilities Co-ordinator, my responsibility is to develop, promote, and oversee the smooth operation of the community centres and hubs managed by Cartrefi Conwy.

Part of my role is to establish and nurture relationships with community members and external partners to ensure the provision of a diverse range of activities and support services tailored to local communities.
