We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate leader to join our Creating Futures team as Team Leader – Connected Communities.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team delivering community engagement, employability and social value initiatives that help our tenants and communities thrive. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships and Social Value, you’ll oversee community projects, work experience opportunities, school engagement activities, community grants and key partnerships across the communities we serve.
We’re looking for someone with experience of leading and developing people, building strong partnerships and delivering positive outcomes through community-focused services. You’ll be passionate about creating opportunities, supporting colleagues and making a real difference in people’s lives.
In this role you’ll:
- Lead and develop the Connected Communities team.
- Oversee community projects, grants and engagement activities.
- Build and manage effective partnerships.
- Monitor performance, outcomes and social impact.
- Help shape initiatives that strengthen communities and improve life opportunities.
