Celebrating Age Events – 23 September to 2 October 2025
We’re holding special events for anyone over 55 who lives in a Cartrefi Conwy home to celebrate older people in our communities.
️ Events run from 23 September to 2 October
These afternoons are all about:
- Celebrating the important role older people play in society
- Raising awareness of the challenges we face as we age
- Sharing advice and support from local organisations
We’re proud to hold these events as part of United Nations Older Persons Day on 1 October.

Friendly visitors from Barclays (scam awareness), Mind Conwy, and our own team with winter advice
