Creating Enterprise Employment Academy offers up to 12 months paid employment to unemployed social housing tenants.

As part of the Academy the post holder will receive:

• Formal qualifications including employability training
• Paid employment for up to 12 months
• Support of a Mentor
• Assistance to secure employment at the end of the contract

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Creating Enterprise team as a Cleaner/Relief Caretaker, at our Abergele Head Office.

This role involves cleaning Cartrefi Conwy’s head offices and other buildings to the highest standard. You will be responsible for making sure the building is locked and secure. Duties also include being a stand-in caretaker to cover annual leave and sickness when needed.
