Cartrefi Conwy and Creating Enterprise’s Community Hub at Llandudno train station opened its doors to the public in September 2021.

The Hub serves as a one stop shop where local people can access a wide range of specialist advice and support from our own teams as well as other organisations including Jobcentre Plus, Cambrian Credit Union, Warm Wales, Conwy Youth Service and the mental health charity, Mind.

Cartrefi Conwy tenants can meet their Housing Officers face to face at the Hub, plus receive help to manage their finances courtesy of the Money Support team. At least one member of the Creating Enterprise team is based at the Hub every weekday, offering help to find a job, get online, become a volunteer and much more!
