Work starts on our new development in Llanrwst
We’re delighted to start work on our new modular build development in Llanrwst.
Our Modular Solutions team are building 8 new homes for Cartrefi Conwy with A W Jones Building Contractors in partnership with Beattie Passive.
Using modern methods of construction, the timber frames have been built in our factory on Anglesey and will be erected onsite in just a few days.
The homes will be passive house certified which means they offer significant environmental benefits and health advantages for the occupant. Including a reduction in heating bills of up to 90%.
We’re looking forward to the next stage of the development as the timber frames are erected by our multi-skilled joiners onsite.
