We’re absolutely delighted to win Team of the Year at the Social Business Wales awards. We were also finalists for Social Enterprise of the Year.
Creating lasting, positive social impact in what we deliver is a key part of our mission. We want to create change and transform lives maximising our impact within our local communities.
It’s about working with communities to offer skills, volunteering and employment services to ensure a brighter, more sustainable future.
Through our commercial streams, we reinvest profits to offer unique employment opportunities, job support services, training and targeted projects which tackle wider issues of loneliness, isolation and family deprivation.
Our services reach people who are furthest from the job market, who may have never been employed, have limited skills and will otherwise struggle getting into employment.
All teams have risen to the challenges of the last year. This award is a fantastic achievement; testament to the hard work and dedication of our resilient teams who have adapted to Government guidelines, remaining committed to our mission of supporting local people into employment.
