An Employment Academy role is more than ‘just a job’

We met Jordan and Jared in Rhos on Sea. Employment Academy Assistant Jared chatted to us about his journey so far and how much he has gained from the experience.
As Jared highlights so brilliantly in this video, a Creating Enterprise Employment Academy opportunity is much more than ‘just a job’. It’s a stepping stone into the world of work, with many assistants going onto more permanent roles thanks to the support from our employment officers.
