A LEADERSHIP PROGRAME WITH A DIFFERENCE!
Colleagues across Creating Enterprise and Cartrefi Conwy are taking part in Developing My Leadership programme with Social Enterprise Academy Wales.
This is not just any programme! This is a bespoke programme designed specifically for the needs of the business and offers a unique learning experience. It’s fun, interactive with fantastic guest speakers. This week, it was great to hear from Dan Hall Assistant Director of Neighbourhoods at Cartrefi Conwy and Carol Hackett – Assistant Director Commercial Finance at Creating Enterprise who shared their leadership journey with the group.
This week, learners explored motivational theories and delegation by connecting with colleagues in the break out rooms and making the most of the buddy system outside of the programme. Good luck to learners as they continue their leadership journey over the coming weeks.
