TOM TELLS US ABOUT HIS EMPLOYMENT ACADEMY JOURNEY
It’s always a joy to catch up with our Employment Academy Assistants.
This week we chatted to Tom, who is currently working with our Property Turnaround team. Tom is on a 12 month placement experiencing different trades across the business. Tom has already worked with Groundworkers and will work with the Environmental team next.
“It’s such a great opportunity to gain experience in different roles to help me decide where I want to work in the future. I am enjoying working in a team, having a routine and building my communication skills.”
