Our Modular team is growing
We’re delighted to welcome two new team members to our Modular Solutions Team.
Ehsan is our new project coordinator, who will be responsible for all our modular build projects. He brings a wealth of experience around timber frame modular builds and we’re delighted to have him onboard with us.
Aaron, is our new multi-skilled joiner. He has already started working on the timber frames for our next development for Cartrefi Conwy in Llanrwrst.
Our Modular Solutions Developments offer a fast, efficient construction process by manufacturing the panels offsite at our flying factory on Anglesey and erecting the frames directly onsite.
Due to the simplicity of the build system, the designs produce high performance, low cost homes using local semi skilled labour, solving skills shortage issues. It provides opportunities for local unemployed people to retrain and benefit both financially and socially from a return to the workplace.
