Glanrafon development
It’s great to see the progress on our Glanrafon site in Llanrwst. The timber frames are already up on the first few homes. We’re building 14 homes on behalf of Cartrefi Conwy.
These home are built to a Passivhaus standard, certified by Beattie Passive. They offer the very best in terms of energy efficiency and high quality living standards. Heating bills are reduced by up to 80%.
