Eight new modular pods completed on Sefton Road Old Colwyn
We’re delighted to have finished eight 1 bed modular pods for Cartrefi Conwy. These homes will provide much needed temporary accommodation for those that need it most.
They are built to a Passivhaus standard, certified by Beattie Passive. Passivhaus is the gold standard of energy efficient design providing excellent health and comfort conditions whilst using very little energy for heating and cooling.
