Turnaround Team Assistant

Purpose/Summary of Role:

To assist the Turnaround team in clearing empty Cartrefi Conwy properties.

Description of Role:

– Helping to remove items left in empty properties

– Assisting with cleaning empty properties before tenants moving in

– Assisting with garden clearances

– Loading and unloading van

– To follow H&S guidelines

Creating Enterprise Admin Assistant

Purpose/Summary of Role:

Assisting with any administration duties seen as appropriate, contributing to the efficient running of Creating Enterprise.

Description of Tasks:

– Contact Cartrefi Conwy tenants and booking electrical tests/inspections

– Supporting with general administration duties such as photocopying, scanning documents using copier / email facility, laminating, shredding

– Assisting with setting up of meeting rooms for events, meeting and greeting visitors to the building

– Support with building: empty dishwasher, set up coffee machine, set up refreshments

– Other duties may be required

Neighbourhood Team Assistant

Purpose/Summary of Role:

Assisting with any administration duties seen as appropriate, contributing to the efficient running of Cartrefi Conwy’s Neighbourhood Team.

Description of Tasks:

– Supporting with general administration duties such as photocopying, scanning documents using copier / email facility, laminating, shredding

– Assisting with setting up of meeting rooms for events, meeting and greeting visitors to the building

– Distributing post and parcels within the building

– Organise / keep the stationery cupboard tidy

– Inputting data onto Open Housing

– Support with building: empty dishwasher, set up coffee machine, set up refreshments

– Distributing post and parcels within the building

– Other duties may be required

Chester Avenue Assistant

Purpose/Summary of Role:

To support the Community Involvement team with general admin duties and events at the Chester Avenue Community House.

Description of Tasks:

– Top up the tea, coffee and sugar canisters

– Top up the toilet rolls, hand towels and soap

– Update the notice boards inside and out

– Empty the shredder

– Put the recycling and black bins away

– Put a jug of water in the fridge for Zumba

– Monitor supplies levels and put new stock away

– General admin duties

– Come up with ideas for promoting events

– Set up and clear rooms before and after events
