Providing support with administration duties to the Accommodation and Letting & Property Department, contributing to the efficient running of the team.

Description of Tasks

  • Scan and link temporary accommodation and lettings agency property files on the system
  • Implement a new, streamlined filing system for paper copies of documents
  • Link documents to the relevant tenancy ensuring all are labelled correctly
  • Shredding documents
  • Archiving documents
