An update from our Glanrafon Development
We’re building 14 homes on behalf of Cartrefi Conwy and Brenig Construction.
These homes are replacing the old maisonettes, which were demolished as they proved very expensive to heat. These new state of the art homes provide a reduction of up to 80% on heating bills for tenants.
Four of the homes have the interior and external structures in place. The render is being fitted on the outside of the homes ready for the external render in the coming weeks.
Two homes are ready to be eco-beaded in the coming weeks with 9 and 10 awaiting their air testing. Injecting the thermal eco-bead into the walls is what gives these new modular homes their thermal efficiency and provides a cost saving to our tenants in the long run.
