The factory, based in Holyhead, Anglesey, is creating energy efficient, Carbon Zero, quality social homes. The timber panels are built in the factory and then can be erected onsite within 5 – 8 days. The buildings use high performance insulation, meaning the homes will require 90% less heating.
We are looking forward to building our first homes from this factory next Month. We are building four , one bedroom modular build bungalows for Anglesey Council providing much needed social homes in the local area.
It’s National Volunteers Week, a week dedicated to celebrating volunteers all across the country.

Last year over 3300 hours were completed by 45 volunteers across a variety of areas including office admin, painting and decorating and plumbing.
Many of the volunteers have now gone on to paid employment thanks to the experience and new skills they have gained.
